• Strong knowledge of home health workflows, patient care documentation, scheduling, and clinical processes.
• Experience with Epic build, testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows.
• Epic certification in Home Health is preferred.
