Position Summary

The Learning & Development Program Coordinator owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of PEAK6's enterprise-wide learning ecosystem across PEAK6 and its subsidiary companies. The main focus of this role will be standing up a firm-wide management training program, and rather than building all of it in-house, this role sources, vets, and manages a network of external vendors and firms (facilitators, training providers, content vendors, and coaching and assessment firms) that help execute our learning programs, and then runs the day-to-day operation that keeps those programs on track: scheduling, communications, follow-up, tracking and reporting. This role may also jump into some initiatives like high potential programs and firm-wide manager 360’s. The ideal candidate is an organized, relationship-driven program coordinator who can find the right partners, hold them accountable, and keep multiple programs moving – all while partnering closely with HR Business Partners, people leaders, and stakeholders across the PEAK6 family of companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of manager learning programs (e.g., leadership development, onboarding, skills training, compliance training) that address needs identified in partnership with HR and business leaders.
- Own the program calendar: schedule sessions, cohorts, facilitators, and participants; send invitations, reminders, and pre- and post-work; and manage rooms, virtual platforms, and logistics across locations.
- Follow up consistently with partners, participants, and managers to keep programs on schedule, resolve open items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Develop and maintain a company-wide learning calendar and curriculum roadmap spanning PEAK6 and its subsidiary companies.
- Track participation, collect participant feedback, and report on completion rates and program effectiveness; work with partners to improve content based on results.

2. Partner & Vendor Sourcing, Vetting, and Management

- Identify, research, and vet external training firms, facilitators, coaches, assessment providers, and content providers that fit PEAK6's needs and culture.
- Run the selection process: gather proposals, compare options, check references, and make recommendations to HR leadership.
- Manage multiple partner relationships at once, including onboarding, scope and deliverable alignment, contract and budget oversight, invoicing coordination, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Serve as the main point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders, making sure partners are briefed, prepared, and aligned with each program's goals.
- Maintain a vetted partner roster with notes on capabilities, pricing, past performance, and availability.

3. Workday Learning

- Serve as the primary administrator of Workday Learning, including course catalog maintenance, assignment rules, content uploads, and reporting.
- Maintain learning paths, required and compliance trainings, and certifications within Workday.
- Generate and distribute learning completion and compliance reports to HR and business leaders across the portfolio.

4. Build Additional Talent Programs (as needed)

- Over time, may help design and launch additional programs such as High Potential (HiPo) and Manager 360, working with partners and HR leadership as appropriate.

Additional & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders across PEAK6 and its subsidiaries to identify learning and talent development needs.
- Contribute to broader talent management initiatives (succession planning, performance management, engagement) where they intersect with L&D.
- Build and maintain scalable, repeatable processes, checklists, and documentation for all programs and partner relationships.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (Master's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, program coordination, or organizational development.
- Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing external vendors or consulting partners, including contracts and budgets.
- Hands-on experience administering a learning management system (Workday Learning strongly preferred).
- Experience coordinating or supporting 360-feedback, manager development, or high-potential programs is a plus.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or a multi-entity/holding company structure is a plus.
