About this role
We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager, In-App to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.
Who We Are
Seedtag is the leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising Company.
We are redefining how advertising works in a privacy-first world by moving beyond keywords and cookies, towards understanding human emotion, intent, and context.
Powered by advanced AI and neuroscience, our proprietary technology, Liz, delivers a deep, human-like understanding of content and attention. This enables brands to connect with audiences at the right moment, in the right mindset, with ads that are relevant, engaging, and respectful of the user experience.
Founded in 2014 by two ex-Googlers, Seedtag has grown into a global company with 500+ Seedtaggers across 17 countries, backed by €250M in funding, and expanding rapidly across the open web and Connected TV.
We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising.
The role
Seedtag is launching its in-app advertising offering. On the web, context comes from reading the page. In mobile apps, that signal does fnot exist in the same way. We need new ways to understand what an app is about, when it is a good place for a brand, and how to make it easy for advertisers to buy.
You will join the Demand Side Product team and work on the In-App product, from discovery to launch. This role is designed for growth. You will be mentored by a senior product team on product management and the adtech ecosystem. To succeed, you will bring strong curiosity, solid technical foundations and a hands-on approach to building and prototyping.
Your Challenge
As Junior Product Manager, In-App, you will:
- Build deep expertise in the in-app advertising ecosystem: SDKs, supply paths, formats, buying platforms and measurement.
- Work with engineers, data scientists and designers to define, build and ship In-App features: ad formats, targeting, monetisation, campaign delivery, performance and user experience.
- Improve the experience for everyone who touches our in-app solutions: advertisers, publishers and users.
- Write clear product specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Help prioritise features based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
- Build prototypes and internal tools yourself, using code and AI tools, to test ideas fast before we commit engineering time.
- Work with sales, ad operations, clients, publishers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into the roadmap.
- Follow the market: mobile advertising trends, programmatic, new in-app formats and standards, and what competitors do.
- Define and track product KPIs, analyse product and campaign performance, and run A/B tests to validate new features.
- Support launches end to end: testing, rollout and post-launch analysis, plus product material, demos and trainings with marketing and sales.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Hands-on builder. You have already built something real with code or AI tools: a side project, an internal tool, a prototype, an app, a script or an automation. You can show it and explain how it works. AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Replit or similar) is fully valid.
- Tech-savvy and curious. You understand how the web and apps work (APIs, SDKs, data). You are naturally driven to understand how things work, and you go deep until you do. You are comfortable working directly with engineers.
- Fast learner. 1 to 3 years of experience in product, engineering, data, business analysis, consulting, solutions or technical account management, or a strong graduate profile. Attitude and learning speed matter more than years.
- Passionate about apps and advertising. Experience in adtech, mobile or martech is a plus but not required. A genuine interest in how apps generate revenue and how digital advertising works is essential.
- Clear communicator in English. English is our working language. Spanish is a plus.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL or Python.
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings or classification problems.
- Knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem (app stores, SDKs, mediation).
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and the SSP / DSP ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of ad metrics: CPM, eCPM, CTR, fill rate, viewability, conversion.
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation or data visualisation tools.
- Experience working with publishers, advertisers or agencies.
