Kids Unlimited exists to create safe, age-appropriate, and high-energy environments where children birth–5th grade can experience God’s love and learn to follow Jesus in a fun and impactful way.

Position Overview
The Kids Unlimited Director leads the children’s ministry at the campus-level, creating an environment where kids feel loved, have fun, and build a foundation of faith. This role involves recruiting and leading a team of passionate volunteers, partnering with parents, and executing excellent, creative weekend experiences that reflect the heart of Kids Unlimited.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and develop the Kids Unlimited team and volunteer leaders across all age groups (nursery–5th grade).
•    Create an engaging, high-energy experience that reflects the excellence and fun of Kids Unlimited.
•    Oversee the implementation of curriculum, supplies, safety protocols, and child check-in systems.
•    Champion a culture of safety, excitement, and spiritual formation.
•    Partner with parents to encourage family discipleship at home.
•    Collaborate with Kids Ministry Support for training, resources, and alignment.
•    Support kids-related events, outreach efforts, and baptism celebrations

Qualifications & Skills
•    A growing, personal relationship with Jesus and a passion for reaching the next generation.
•    Strong leadership and communication skills.
•    Proven experience working with children’s ministry or in a similar education/leadership role.
•    Ability to lead, train, and inspire volunteers.
•    Excellent organizational and relational abilities.
•    Cultural alignment with Church Unlimited’s mission, values, and fast-paced ministry environment.
