Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Respite Care Provider Location : Bloomer, WI Pay : 10.60/Hourly and up to 154.48 a day for qualifying 8-hour shifts or longer. Schedule : 8 hours weekly + 6 days a month Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in someone's life? We are seeking a dedicated Respite Care Provider to support an individual in achieving their goals, building independence, and participating in the community. Responsibilities: • Provide supervision and support in a safe and positive environment • Assist with daily living activities as needed such as medication reminders as well as bathroom routines. • Support participation in community outings and recreational activities • Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development • Help establish routines and provide structure when appropriate • Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant
Qualifications: • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Patient, compassionate, and dependable • Ability to follow support plans and family preferences • Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not always required
