Experienced Dispatcher - Scheduling Adminstrator - Concrete Specialty Contractor

Cobra Concrete Cutting Services Co. is seeking an Experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

- Minimum of 2 years of dispatching or service scheduling experience preferred

- Construction industry experience strongly preferred; concrete cutting or demolition industry experience is a plus

- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions quickly

- Knowledge of coordinating the movement of personnel and equipment, including cost-effective resource allocation

- Understanding of business operations, workforce management, scheduling, and resource planning

- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, field personnel, and internal teams

- Basic understanding of mathematics and its application within the construction industry

- Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel and obtain critical information when needed

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

- High-energy personality with professional phone etiquette

- Patience, professionalism, and the ability to think on your feet

- Help maintain shop and consumables inventory

- Deliver equipment and materials in company vehicle as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug testing

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and periodic screenings

- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

- Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures
