Join our International Consulting team as a Staff Clinical Consultant, combining clinical expertise and technology to improve care delivery and clinician experience.
You will support implementation and optimization of Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner), helping clients establish safe clinical workflows and effective solution adoption.
What you will do
Key responsibilities:
- Assess current workflows, facilitate clinical workshops, and document requirements, gaps, and agreed future workflows.
- Translate clinical requirements into solution recommendations; explain dependencies and support configuration decisions with delivery teams.
- Support clinical validation and user acceptance testing; document defects and escalate patient safety risks.
- Prepare workflow guidance and support clinician training, change readiness, go-live, and stabilization.
- Deliver assigned workstreams against scope and milestones; maintain decisions and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Measure adoption and workflow outcomes, recommend improvements, and share reusable practices with colleagues and clients.
