You will receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from experienced Elevator Mechanics, gaining the expertise required to install, service, and maintain residential elevators safely and efficiently across the regional Northeast.

### Key Responsibilities
Work alongside senior mechanics to install, inspect, and service residential elevators. Learn to read electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical layouts. Operate power and hand tools safely while adhering strictly to industry safety standards. Lift, carry, and maneuver heavy components in job-site conditions. Travel throughout the Northeast region to complete client installations with a focus on quality and safety.

### Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Travel: Willing and able to travel up to 90% (primarily regional Northeast travel). Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform rigorous physical labor throughout the day. Work Environment: Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined or tight spaces. Tool & Safety Aptitude: Practical knowledge of hand tools and a commitment to job site safety. Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, acceptable driving record.

Preferred Experience & Characteristics:
Background in construction, electrical work, mechanics, or related trades. Military experience —veterans are strongly encouraged to apply! Strong customer-first attitude, high mechanical curiosity, and a drive to learn.
