About Our Family

We are a busy, high-energy family of five in St. Louis, with two parents deeply passionate about our professional work and three active boys who bring plenty of life, laughter, and movement to our home. Our days start early and move quickly, and we take pride in creating a home that feels organized, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. We designed and built our home with intention, and we love when everything has a place and our spaces feel beautifully reset. We have the storage systems and organizational foundations in place; we're looking for the right person to help maintain them and keep our household running smoothly.

We are a Jewish family and keep a kosher home, with Shabbat and Jewish holidays woven into the rhythm of our lives. Our kitchen practices are an important part of our daily routine, and we are happy to walk the right candidate through our specific setup. What matters most is that you approach these practices with respect, care, and attention to detail.

We are “notice and do” people: when we see something that needs attention, we take care of it. We hope to find someone who shares that instinct, takes pride in the details, and helps keep our home in order so we can spend less time managing the day-to-day and more time enjoying life together.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are someone who naturally notices what needs attention and takes the initiative to see it through. You don't need a task list to get started; you spot the cobwebs in the garage, the seltzers accumulating on the nightstand, the pantry item running low, or the outdoor fan that needs fixing, and you take action. You bring a thoughtful, practical approach to household management, knowing when to handle something yourself, when to find a solution, and when to check in. You take ownership, solve problems, and follow through, finding satisfaction in the small details that make a home feel well cared for.

You are organized, efficient, and proactive in your communication. Whether researching a contractor, gathering quotes, presenting options clearly, managing vendors, or coordinating schedules, you can take a task from the initial question through completion once you have the green light. You are comfortable with the administrative and logistical side of household management and bring the executive functioning needed to keep many moving pieces organized. Just as importantly, you are emotionally intelligent and understand that becoming part of a family's home and routine takes time, patience, good judgment, and strong interpersonal awareness, particularly for a family that is newer to relying on outside household support. You bring competence and calm, building trust through consistency, discretion, and follow-through.
