Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will lead and drive projects from initiation to closure , ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and productivity targets  while effectively managing risks, stakeholders, changes, and project performance . You will define project objectives, establish the appropriate team structure, develop and execute business cases, monitor project progress, and ensure smooth handover through robust documentation, ramp-up, phase-in/phase-out, and production readiness activities .

- Responsible for the  project’s success (scope, timeline, budget, time quality, productivity and speed)
- To analyze and  deliver project scenario in a concise and accurate way with options and proposals
- To s etup appropriate project team structure according the projects needs and complexity
- Define target and deliverables for the projects  and all related sub-projects (if applicable)
- To drive and manage project business case  including close the gap
- Continuously project risk evaluation and  tracking as well as proactive implementation of effective measures for risk mitigation
- Resilient in managing multiple projects under the dynamic project environment  with end in mind to run project to success
- To proactively manage deviation, potential concern, escalation and changes from internal and external parties
- Prepare, control, monitor and report project status timely, accurately, consistently with adequate documentation/reporting, with the right level of information that fit to the situation, audience and needs
- Take ownership and harvest project  through robust ramp up/phase-in, phase-out till project closure
- To setup documentation and production system for handover purposes upon project release

You strive to excel in project management  by leveraging strong planning, execution, analytical, and problem-solving skills while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environmen t. You strive to build strong stakeholder relationships through excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills , ensuring successful project outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

- Bachelor's Degree in  Engineering or a related field is preferred
- At least  5 years  of relevant working experience and additional experience in working on  projects preferably from Semiconductor industry
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent  stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong  analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to  manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong f acilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced  and  matrix organization
