Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Allocate duties and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and Cinnamon brand standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, inventory, and departmental costs.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to address repair and maintenance requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, emergency, and company policies.
Job Responsibilities
Person Specifications
- GCE O/L qualification, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage staff schedules, housekeeping supplies, and departmental costs effectively.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and maintaining hotel brand standards.
