About this role
This role is a part of Global Supply Management-PS&O within ESS. Specifically, the position will be a critical part of Client Incentives team, responsible for the analysis, interpretation, profiling, and payments to our corporate clients as per the contractual terms and obligations in the Card Incentive System (CIS) within defined SLA. The position will be responsible for a thorough review of the contractual terms that American Express has with our corporate clients. The role will also be expected to ensure robust monitoring and reporting of various measures, initiatives, and overall delivery levels of contract set-ups.
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with 3-5 years of industry experience
- Eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to comprehend complex contractual terms into financial implications for the business.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions using a data driven approach, multiple variables, and insights.
- Good understanding of Amex products, financial processes, systems and tools (CIS, Oracle & salesforce) will be an added advantage.
