What's in it for you:
As an Individual Contributor within our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career by engaging in detailed, routine, and customer-ordered engineering projects at both local and regional levels. Working under the guidance of supportive mentors and senior engineers, you will apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to real-world challenges, rapidly building your practical R&D and design expertise. In this role, you will also serve as a key point of contact for internal cross-functional teams and external partners, making a direct and tangible impact on customer satisfaction and our business success.

What you will do:

- Engineering Design & Documentation: Prepare well-defined plans, designs, engineering calculations, cost estimations, and bills of materials (BOM) in strict accordance with established codes, standards, and technical drawings.
- Customer-Ordered Engineering: Execute detailed, routine, and customized engineering tasks to meet specific client requirements.
- R&D and Testing: Complete research and development assignments involving technical calculations and relatively simple physical or simulation tests.
- Data Processing & Analysis: Conduct systematic engineering data collection, processing, and analytical evaluation.
- Team Collaboration: Support senior engineers on complex projects and remain accountable for executing a sequence of assigned, related engineering tasks.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Interact and exchange information daily with team members and other internal functions (such as product management, manufacturing plants, and sales teams), as well as influencing external stakeholders (customers and suppliers) when required.

What you will bring:

- Education: A four-year University Degree in Engineering with broad, solid theoretical knowledge.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (open to promising fresh graduates).
- Key Competencies: Ability to work effectively under immediate and direct supervision, following established procedures to deliver high-quality results.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly exchange technical information and influence both internal and external parties.Sharp analytical mindset, with a proven capability to conduct routine data processing, analysis, and basic engineering calculations.
