You will coordinate logistics administration, operational reporting, stakeholder communication, and documentation to support efficient project site operations. You will also develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve operational visibility, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

## How you create impact

- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between site operations, project teams, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Track requests, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Reporting & Business Intelligence: Prepare operational reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI reports. Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions and tracking systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.
- Contractor Performance Management: Monitor contractor deliverables, workforce utilization, attendance, and performance indicators. Support performance reviews and compliance monitoring.
- Procurement & Cost Tracking: Coordinate operational supply and equipment requests, track approvals and deliveries, and support cost monitoring and expenditure reporting.
- Document Control: Maintain accurate filing systems, document registers, and version control to ensure documents are accessible, updated, and compliant with applicable standards.
- Equipment Mobilization Support: Coordinate equipment documentation, inspection tracking, and authorization requirements to support safe and compliant mobilization.
- Site Administration & Transport Coordination: Coordinate light vehicle bookings, driver schedules, vehicle maintenance, and required safety authorizations to support daily site operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow applicable safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and address unsafe practices or conditions.

## What we would like you to bring

- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or operational support.
- Experience in operational reporting, contractor coordination, client reporting, or performance monitoring.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in Power BI, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
- Experience with document control, procurement tracking, cost reporting, or operational administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
