Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Documentation (1 year)

You will be joining our Operational Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

## How you create impact

- To review, verify shipping instructions, and process shipping documents including BAL or Non-BAL Bill of Lading, Sea Waybill, and other related documentation.
- To ensure all shipment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with customer requirements, carrier regulations, and local/international trade regulations.
- To coordinate closely with Export team, Customer Care team, carriers, vendors, and overseas offices to facilitate smooth shipment handling.
- To monitor documentation milestones and ensure documents are issued within agreed timelines and service standards.
- To maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems in a timely manner.
- To resolve documentation discrepancies and proactively follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- To upload required documents to KN system.
- To ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- To contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. To support audits, compliance checks, and reporting activities as required.
- To immediately escalate problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to more senior roles as relevant.
- To collaborate with Export and CCL team through proactive provision of information, knowledge, solutions + alternatives to deliver customer satisfaction.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in documentation role in Sea Logistics or a similar position.
- Good at English.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work overtime and manage high-pressure situations, especially during peak seasons.
- Careful, proactive, fast learner, with good logical thinking.
