Exciting Career Opportunity: Sales Administrator at Ali & Sons Group

Join Ali & Sons Group as a Sales Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring accurate vehicle reporting, maintaining up-to-date sales information, and supporting seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the PME vehicle reporting system in accordance with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
- Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specifications and pricing information.
- Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections at the port and ensure timely transfers to the designated storage facility.
- Prepare and submit weekly PME reports, ensuring accurate customer information for the CSS program.
- Process and submit monthly support claims to PME within the required deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of the Used Car Section and perform additional duties as assigned.
Role Purpose
To ensure that all vehicle-related reporting to AVME/PME is completed accurately and within the required timelines, while providing essential administrative support to the Sales Team through effective communication of vehicle specifications, pricing, and stock information.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in administration or sales support, with a general understanding of business operations.
- Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard computer applications and the ability to work with reporting systems and databases.
- Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, accountability, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines.
