Life on the team

You'll join a global LEGO® team of Project Managers and technology specialists. Together, we're developing, industrialising and scaling technologies for moulding production worldwide. We connect technology development, manufacturing needs, suppliers and production sites. You'll work in a hybrid rhythm, spending at least three days each week in the office. We value clear communication, shared ownership and teamwork across functions, sites and cultures.

What success looks like

You'll bring structure to strategic initiatives and help teams move complex programs forward together. The first major task will be to connect strategy, technology and people to shape the future of moulding. You'll work closely with Project Managers, technology specialists, manufacturing teams, production sites and suppliers to turn strategic priorities into reliable solutions.
