Play your part in our team succeeding

The Nordic Trade Marketing team sits within the Nordic Business Unit, and works closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and retail partners. Together, we build, rebuild, and inspire through campaigns and retail activations that connect shoppers with LEGO products, while learning from data and continually improving execution.

You’ll join a close team with flexibility in how it works and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow into the next step of your career, working in the field between retail, marketing, and sales. The team's priorities include improving permanent in-store presence, raising execution standards, and sharpening how different retail channels reach their audiences.

The role will take you deep into the process of retail marketing execution at the LEGO Group and can serve as a strong stepping stone for your future career. You'll thrive if you take ownership, adapt comfortably to change, approach challenges with curiosity, and enjoy solving problems with others.

Core Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of retail campaigns, customer initiatives, and permanent in-store installations across Nordic markets.
- Partner with Trade Marketing Managers and Sales colleagues to keep campaign plans, materials and deadlines moving.
- Manage marketing materials from ordering through shipment, in-store execution, and tracking against agreed plans.
- Analyse sales and marketing spend data, turning findings into clear recommendations for future campaign activity.
- Support collaboration with Brand Marketing teams, Western European colleagues and external design and marketing suppliers.

Do you have what it takes?

- High performer with personal drive and impact.
- Able to take ownership, organise competing tasks and keep delivery moving when plans change.
- Strong analytical mindset, and comfortable in using Excel, Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools to organise and explore data.
- Team spirit and comfortable in building relationships across a wide group of stakeholders and functional areas.
- Ambitions for personal development and career building.
- Strong business proficiency in English.
- Master’s Degree or similar relevant educational background.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in marketing, retail, or a related commercial environment, including understanding of shopper marketing across physical and digital retail touchpoints.
- Experience from bigger organization (e.g. student worker role), managing multiple priorities.
