What You'll Do

- Provide a welcoming, informative, and pressure-free customer experience

- Help customers discover the Subaru vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle

- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

- Conduct engaging vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives

- Manage showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and prospecting opportunities

- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and follow-up activities

- Embrace evolving technology, including AI-powered sales tools, to improve productivity and customer engagement

- Follow an established sales process while maintaining an authentic, personalized approach

- Consistently work toward monthly sales goals and performance expectations

- Represent Subaru of Naples and DeVoe Automotive with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but strong sales experience in other industries will be considered

- Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities

- A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

- Self-motivation, accountability, and a desire to succeed

- Comfortable learning and utilizing sales technology and CRM systems

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- A genuine interest in Subaru vehicles, their features, and the Subaru Love Promise

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation

Expected Annual Earnings: $80,000–$150,000

- Competitive commission-based pay plan

- Weekly pay

- Monthly bonuses and performance incentives

- Excellent earning potential for motivated, high-performing sales professionals
