Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BI Report Developer with strong healthcare domain knowledge and hands-on experience with QNXT. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL, report development, data analysis, and healthcare reporting to support business and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports and dashboards for healthcare and payer operations.
- Work with QNXT data to extract, analyze, validate, and report healthcare information.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, views, and functions.
- Develop reports using SSRS, Power BI, or other BI reporting tools.
- Analyze healthcare data related to claims, members, providers, enrollment, and benefits.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure report accuracy.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, QA teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Optimize SQL queries and report performance.
- Support existing reports, resolve production issues, and implement reporting enhancements.
- Document report specifications, data sources, business logic, and validation results.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with QNXT and healthcare payer data.
- Experience in BI report development and dashboard creation.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of healthcare claims, member enrollment, provider, and benefits data.
- Experience in data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, and report validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with healthcare insurance and payer systems.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial health plans, and HIPAA.
- Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and healthcare reporting databases.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on QNXT experience along with BI reporting and strong SQL skills.
