This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Respite Provider (Autism Experience Preferred) Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in a young person's life? We are seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic Respite Provider to support a youth who enjoys a variety of activities both at home and in the community.
Position Details       • Pay: $17.66 per hour or $256 per day       • Schedule: Approximately 8 hours per week, primarily during late afternoon hours & 2 days per month.       • Location: Services provided in the member's home and throughout the community       • Flexible/Hybrid Environment: Enjoy a variety of activities and settings rather than working in one location all day        About the Member This individual enjoys:       • Playing Pokémon Go       • Dungeons & Dragons (D&D)       • Screen time and technology-based activities       • Community outings and social activities       • Walks and bike rides       • Cross country and staying active        Responsibilities       • Provide supervision and support during community and home-based activities       • Encourage social engagement, independence, and participation in hobbies and interests       • Assist with recreational activities and community outings       • Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment       • Build a meaningful and trusting relationship with the member        Qualifications       • Experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred       • Dependable, patient, and compassionate       • Ability to engage in both active community outings and home-based activities       • Reliable transportation       • Valid Driver's License       • Auto Insurance       • Must be able to pass required background checks
