Workday Delivery Center Team Lead | Albania

We're building a new Workday team within our Delivery Center in Albania and are looking for a people-focused leader to support and develop our newly recruited team members.
As the Workday Delivery Center Team Lead , you'll act as the team's formal supervisor and local go-to person, helping colleagues grow their careers in Workday and HR technology consulting .
This role combines people leadership and client delivery. While leading the local team, you'll also contribute to client-facing work across Workday Operate/AMS, Service Management, Project Management, or PMO.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with around two years or more of experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or coordinating others, with a genuine passion for helping people succeed .
Your background may include:
- IT Service Management
- Managed Services or Application Support
- HR Technology / HRIS
- ERP or Enterprise Technology Implementations
- IT Project Management / PMO
- HR or Digital Transformation
- Technology Consulting
Previous Workday experience is welcome but not required.

- Connect the Albania team with the wider international Workday practice
- Contribute to Client Delivery
Depending on your background and business needs, you may:

- Support Workday implementation projects through Project Management or PMO activities
