We are looking for a full-time Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our recruiting team in Warsaw.

As a Senior Recruiting Specialist within BCG Platinion’s CE Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for the Polish market and lead the sourcing function across Central Europe (Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies, contributing to strategic talent planning, and delivering a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.

In this role, you will balance hands-on recruiting delivery with talent strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship. You will operate with an international mindset, partner across different Talent Acquisition specialties, and use data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes across your business area.

What you’ll do

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-demand AI Tech Consulting and Architect roles, from intake through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing
- Lead employer branding initiatives and talent attraction events in Poland to increase employer brand visibility and build a strong talent pipeline
- Drive recruitment reporting and analytics, translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and recruitment strategies to optimize hiring outcomes
- Partner with senior functional leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans, presenting key recruitment findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leveraging expertise in talent market dynamics, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs to guide recruitment decisions
- Collaborate across Talent Acquisition functions, including TA Operations and TA Branding, to shape and execute recruiting strategies
- Mentor and support junior recruiters
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and ways of working
- Deliver an excellent service to multiple stakeholders, including TA teams, business stakeholders, candidates, and HR colleagues

What you’ll bring

- 6+ years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruiting in an international professional services environment, preferably within management consulting and/or IT
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy and delivery
- Strong judgement in assessing talent and advising on hiring decisions
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions
- Experience in mentoring or supporting other recruiters
- Confidence using recruiting data, systems, and digital tools
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Strong sourcing instincts and a passion for recruiting
- Excellent relation-building skills, combined with a professional approach and an entrepreneurial mindset
