- Defining and managing release strategies, schedules, deployment pipelines and release cadences.
- Chairing Release Control Boards and overseeing release approval and authorisation processes.
- Ensuring compliance with Release and Code Management standards, policies and governance requirements across internal and supplier teams.
- Collaborating with Change, Configuration and Service Transition teams to minimise risk and maintain platform stability.
- Driving continuous improvement through KPI management, reporting, supplier engagement and release performance monitoring.
What you'll bring:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce releases, deployments and code promotion activities within enterprise environments.
- Experience defining and operating release governance, controls and deployment pipelines across multiple workstreams.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Configuration Management and Service Transition processes.
- Experience engaging and influencing suppliers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
- Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
It would be great if you had:
- Experience working within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling and release automation practices.
- Experience establishing release KPIs, reporting frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce transformation or multi-vendor delivery programmes.
