Head of Maintenance & Infrastructures

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Maintenance & Infrastructures to strengthen our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects and construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, building regulations, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction quality.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project records.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and support corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management and construction processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in project planning and management.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
