Clean Team is looking for a dependable evening team lead - Akron area to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. As a Team Lead, you will work alongside the cleaning crew while helping maintain consistent service quality. The position combines practical cleaning work with day-to-day communication, guidance, and attention to the assigned schedule. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You'll Do
- Perform assigned cleaning duties and help teammates when needed
- Review daily work assignments and site-specific checklists
- Help train new employees on cleaning methods and safety practices
- Check completed areas for quality and follow up on missed tasks
- Communicate supply needs, staffing issues, and maintenance concerns
- Support safe use and proper storage of cleaning equipment
- Help ensure assigned areas are secured according to site instructions
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience and the ability to guide coworkers are strongly preferred.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
- Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
- Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
- Authorization to work in the United States
