Clean Team is looking for a dependable floor technician to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. Floor Technicians focus on maintaining floor surfaces at commercial facilities. Assignments may vary by building and service needs. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed, physical work and takes satisfaction in visible results. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You'll Do

- Perform floor-care tasks as assigned, including scrubbing and refinishing where trained

- Operate floor machines and related equipment safely

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and prepare surfaces before floor-care work

- Use approved products and follow dilution and safety directions

- Protect surrounding areas and post required caution signage

- Inspect equipment, report issues, and maintain organized supplies

- Communicate with supervisors about project progress and site needs

What We're Looking For

- Previous floor-care experience is helpful; familiarity with floor machines is a plus.

- Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift

- Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel

- Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations

- Authorization to work in the United States
