Team Overview

Join our B2B Demand Generation team as a Marketing Intern focused on New to the Franchise (NTTF), our motion for acquiring net-new mid-market customers. Roughly 122K of our 163K IES NTTF universe is out-market, businesses with no ERP, or where we lack the data to confirm what they're running. We're building demand programs for this group now, but haven't yet answered whether out-market investment converts, at what cost, and how much of our portfolio it should carry. This is a 'should we, and how much' analysis, not a build, and it directly extends the account-stage (in-market/near-market/out-market) framework guiding our team's strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyze performance of out-market investment across NTTF campaigns
- Build a data-backed assessment of conversion, cost, and portfolio allocation across in-market, near-market, and out-market segments
- Partner with the demand generation and analytics teams to source and validate data
- Deliver a recommendation to leadership on how out-market investment should be sized going forward
- Present findings to marketing leadership

Qualifications

##

- Current enrollment in an MBA program, with relevant coursework in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field

- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Comfort working with ambiguous, incomplete data and building a defensible recommendation anyway
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate analysis into a clear leadership narrative
- A graduation date after the internship end date
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the duration of the internship
- Ability to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week

Nice to Haves:

- Prior exposure to B2B or account-based marketing concepts
- Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI/visualization tools
- Coursework or experience in marketing analytics or growth strategy
