RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Orthodontic records including Itero Scans and Orthodontic Photographs.

- Verifying insurance benefits.

- Working closely with the orthodontist to develop treatment plans.

- Discussing financials with parents/patients.

- Coordinating appointments.

- Providing excellent customer service while having fun with our patients.

- Ability to self-manage in an ever changing fast-paced environment.

- Being highly motivated to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.

- Daily and Weekly tracking reports: End of month numbers turned into the practice manager at the end of each month.

- Prep daily and weekly charts.
