Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Outbound Warehouse Team Lead to join our operations at Building 670-689. In this role, you will oversee daily outbound operations, guide warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflows, and operate equipment directly. We are looking for a reliable supervisor who prioritizes workplace safety and can step in immediately to keep our shipments moving on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and support the outbound warehouse team to ensure daily shipping targets and accuracy standards are met.
Safety First: Enforce all safety policies, conduct routine safety checks, and maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize inventory for outbound shipments.
Outbound Workflow: Oversee picking, packing, staging, and loading processes for outgoing freight, ensuring documentation and counts are accurate.
Daily Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations Management to address workflow bottlenecks, daily goals, and inventory movements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Forklift Certification/Skill: Demonstrated proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
Safety Mindset: Strong, uncompromising commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
Dependability: Ability to work the full Monday through Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) consistently and reliably.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials as required in a standard warehouse setup.
