Full-Time Housekeeper | Miami, FL

Our repeat client, a private family in Miami, is adding a full-time Housekeeper to their household team. This role is for someone who loves bringing a home to life every day, from crisp linens and freshly made beds to the careful upkeep of fine furnishings, antiques, and artwork. You'll work alongside a close-knit team and report to the House Manager, so you'll have support and a clear sense of how the household runs.

The family is looking for someone discreet, dependable, and steady when plans shift. They value honesty and care, and they give direct, real-time feedback so you always know where you stand. Schedule

- Monday through Friday, roughly a 40 hour workweek

- Flexibility needed for occasional weekend hours and earlier or later start times

Responsibilities

- Handle general and deep cleaning across the Miami homes

- Clean kitchens, baths, and bedrooms daily: vacuum and mop floors, vacuum furniture, carpets, and draperies, and dust

- Take care of the daily graces, such as fresh towels, making beds, wiping down bathroom and kitchen counters, and loading and unloading the dishwasher

- Care for fine furnishings, including antiques and artwork

- Empty trash and manage recycling

- Wash interior windows and woodwork

- Polish silver as needed

- Help with serving when asked

- Complete seasonal and deep-clean projects such as bookshelves, closets, and storage areas

- Launder, iron, and press clothing with care

- Do basic mending

- Organize and maintain clothes, closets, and drawers to the family’s preferences

- Help with packing and unpacking for travel

Qualifications

- 3+ years of housekeeping experience either in high-end hospitality settings or in private households

- Must be able to provide strong, verifiable references

- Courteous, honest, meticulous, and responsible

- Discreet and respectful of the family’s privacy; willing to sign a confidentiality agreement

- Hardworking team player with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills

- Genuinely enjoys cleaning and knows how to care for fine furnishings, crystal, china, sterling silver, brass, marble, fine linens, and cookware

- Open to instruction and happy to follow the family’s preferences; comfortable taking direction from the House Manager

- Flexible and able to adjust when the household routine changes

- Speaks English well

- Legally authorized to work in the US

- Within a commutable distance to Miami, Florida (not out of area candidates will be considered)
