About this role
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with a 1-hour paid lunch break
Job Duties:
- Inspect computers and their components for physical damage, missing parts, or defects before making any physical repairs
- Follow PC troubleshooting guidelines
- Document all troubleshooting steps, repairs, and updates in the applicable software
- Perform repairs on PCs
- Flash BIOS/firmware updates to the most up-to-date revisions where applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation
- Perform additional related duties, as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of gaming PCs
Physical Demands:
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person; finger dexterity to access, enter, and retrieve computer data
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50lbs and heavier weights with the proper equipment
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb to perform work
