Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience completing general building repairs and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Repair doors, cabinets, hardware, and fixtures
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Use hand and power tools
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- Apartment, property, facility, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently
Pay: $ DOE | Hours: Full-Time
