Pharmacy Technician
Location: Near Anchorage, AK
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends required)
Duration: Temporary assignment starting ASAP (Minimum 6+ weeks)
Dress Code: Business Casual
### Position Overview
Rx relief is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician for an immediate coverage opportunity near Anchorage, AK. This role offers consistent day shifts with no weekend responsibilities, supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and inventory processes.
### Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory management and stock level tracking. Handle Omnicell deliveries and automated dispensing system maintenance. Manage phone call triage, routing patient and provider inquiries effectively. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and compliance documentation.
### Qualifications & Requirements
License: Active Alaska Pharmacy Technician license required. Experience: Acute care or behavioral health experience preferred. Availability: Able to start immediately and commit to a minimum 6-week assignment. Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
