Our people are our greatest strength. At CCS, you will join a diverse team of smart, passionate, resourceful professionals driven by purpose and committed to performance.
CCS is entering an exciting new chapter of growth, with continued investments in marketing, business intelligence, technology, and innovative solutions designed to help nonprofit organizations maximize their impact. As part of this evolution, the firm recently created the Chief Growth Officer role to accelerate growth initiatives and strengthen collaboration across regional and functional teams. CCS is also expanding its technology and analytics capabilities, including developing new solutions that help nonprofit organizations leverage data, insights, and technology more effectively. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering the strategic partnership, expertise, and results that have made CCS a trusted advisor to nonprofit organizations for nearly eight decades.
CULTURE
CCS is a deeply mission-driven firm whose people, in the firm's own words, live and breathe the nonprofit sector. The culture prizes outcomes over outputs, client partnership, mentorship, and service - employees serve on boards, volunteer, and do pro bono work, and every employee receives paid volunteer days each year. As CCS scales, it is layering a performance- and accountability-based growth orientation onto that mission-first foundation. The SVP, Growth Marketing & Demand Generation will help lead that evolution while honoring what has made CCS the sector's most trusted partner.
UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE
The SVP, Growth Marketing & Demand Generation will lead CCS’s growth marketing platform in close partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, regional leaders , and colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Strategy & Operations. As a member of the Growth Leadership Team, this leader will align centralized expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing, prospect intelligence, marketing operations, and campaign execution with regional and sector priorities.
This growth-mandate-first role focuses on building a measurable, scalable demand-generation engine that produces qualified opportunities, strengthens pipeline and new-client acquisition, and supports the launch and growth of CCS’s technology solutions business.
Success will be measured across three dimensions:
