Job Summary and Responsibilities
At CommonSpirit Health at Home, we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve. As a Travel Program Manager, you'll engage in a range of exciting responsibilites, including:
- Serve as the lead recruiter for the internal travel team
- Serve as the EMR Super-User for the travel program
- Manage end-to-end deployment of travel staff across multiple branches
- Partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure full compliance with multi-state laws, oversea the financial integrity of the travel program and conduct regular audits.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A Minimum of 7+ years of progressive operational leadership and hands-on experience in Home Health, Hospice operations, or clinical travel staffing is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- EMR Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Data Proficiency: Ability to synthesize raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Compliance Literacy: Understanding of IRS guidelines for travel stipends/reimbursement and familiarity with multi-state employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
