About this role

A little about us

At Capricorn, our values of Accountability, Courage, Collaboration and Trust guide how we work. This role sits within Information Technology and the Business Improvement team, supporting process improvement outcomes across the Capricorn Group.

A little about the role

You will also monitor pipeline effectiveness, maintain documentation and support near real-time reporting, self-service insights and alerts for KPI or compliance deviations.

Data security and governance are central to the role. You will apply best practice security and governance for data in transit and at rest, follow retention rules, and help protect ingested system logs from unauthorised access or use.

What you'll bring

You combine strong technical capability, with deep analytical thinking, to clearly communicate and provide practical stakeholder management. You can work across technical and non-technical groups, analyse complex situations, anticipate challenges and develop solutions aligned with longer-term organisational goals.
