## How you create impact
- Gestionar el proceso de facturación de los embarques marítimos asignados, asegurando la precisión de las facturas y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de cada cliente.
- Garantizar la emisión y entrega oportuna de las facturas, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y tiempos establecidos.
- Dar seguimiento a incidencias de facturación, como facturas rechazadas, canceladas o pendientes de timbrado, coordinando su resolución con los equipos correspondientes.
- Validar información de facturación, incluyendo tarifas, Incoterms, códigos de cliente y monedas, para asegurar la correcta emisión de las facturas.
- Mantener actualizados los registros y la documentación, dar seguimiento a tickets e identificar discrepancias entre los sistemas y los procesos establecidos.
## What we would like you to bring
- Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Transporte o una carrera afín.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en logística, transporte internacional, freight forwarding o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia en facturación ( billing/invoicing ), idealmente en el sector logístico.
- Conocimientos de logística e Incoterms.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Atención al detalle, organización, comunicación efectiva y orientación al servicio.
