As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist you will support the execution of ocean export operations, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate information, and effective coordination throughout the shipment process.

## How you create impact

- Manage assigned operational cases, bookings, and shipments, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Monitor and update shipment status and operational information to ensure visibility and traceability.
- Coordinate shipping instructions, pre-alerts, documentation, and pick-ups throughout the export process.
- Maintain effective communication with Carriers, transporters and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor operational issues and support route optimization and service improvements.
- Review commercial and cargo documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Identify and report discrepancies, supporting their timely resolution.

## What we would like you to bring

- Experience in ocean freight, freight forwarding, customs, or related international trade operations .
- Experience in export operations, bookings, shipment tracking, and documentation .
- Knowledge of international trade documentation and processes .
- Advanced English proficiency .
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
