Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in global sourcing and vendor development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
