<p>The position is permanent, English-Speaking.</p><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>An international and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Flexible working and remote-work options (1 day per week Home Office).</li><li>Professional development and career opportunities.</li><li>Benefits supporting commuting, meals, health, and wellbeing.</li><li>Employee discount and participation programmes.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package, based on experience and qualifications</li></ul><h2>Your Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Develop and improve SAP BI data models, reports, and analytics solutions for Finance.</li><li>Translate Finance requirements into reliable, scalable reporting and data solutions.</li><li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability.</li><li>Act as the link between Finance stakeholders and technical BI/IT teams.</li><li>Support the full BI lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing and implementation.</li><li>Optimise existing reporting and analytics based on business needs.</li><li>Contribute to Finance digitalisation, data initiatives, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Identify opportunities to use new BI and analytics technologies effectively.</li></ul><h2>Your Profile</h2><ul><li>Professional experience with SAP BI/BW, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar BI technologies.</li><li>Good understanding of Finance processes and business requirements.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data modelling, governance, reporting, and analytics.</li><li>Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as SAP BI, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams.</li><li>Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Experience supporting Finance transformation or digitalisation projects.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile or other project management approaches is beneficial.</li><li>Familiarity with planning or advanced analytics is a plus.</li></ul>
