<h2>SAP Senior TM Consultant</h2><p>Location: Prague, Czech Republic</p><p>Working model: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Prague</p><p>Employment: Permanent</p><p>Language: English speaking</p><p>We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join the international SAP team of a major American manufacturing company based in Prague.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine hands-on SAP TM work with international projects and upcoming S/4HANA implementations and rollouts across EMEA.</p><h3>Your Role –</h3><p>As an SAP TM Consultant, you will work within an international SAP environment, supporting and developing transportation and logistics processes across the organisation.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Working on SAP TM implementation, rollout and optimisation projects</li><li>Analysing business requirements and translating them into SAP TM solutions</li><li>SAP TM configuration and process optimisation</li><li>Supporting integrations between SAP TM and other SAP modules and systems</li><li>Participating in upcoming S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects across EMEA</li><li>Supporting testing, documentation, training and go-live activities</li></ul><h3>Your Profile –</h3><ul><li>Strong professional experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)</li><li>Good understanding of transportation and logistics processes</li><li>Hands-on SAP TM configuration/customizing experience</li><li>Experience with SAP implementation, rollout or optimisation projects</li><li>Understanding of integration between TM and other SAP areas such as SD, MM, EWM or LE</li><li>S/4HANA experience would be highly advantageous</li></ul><h3>What Is Offered -</h3><p>Alongside an international SAP environment and long-term S/4HANA roadmap, the company offers an attractive benefits package:</p><ul><li>10% annual bonus based on company performance, linked to the company's market/stock performance, with attractive upside potential</li><li>13,000 CZK annual vacation contribution</li><li>SODEXO meal vouchers – 120 CZK per working day, usable in most restaurants and stores</li><li>2,000 CZK contribution to pension insurance, alternatively available for flexible SODEXO benefit usage</li><li>Health vouchers usable for pharmacies, doctors and dentists</li><li>Opportunity to work on interesting international and global SAP projects</li><li>Genuine long-term career development opportunities, including potential progression towards Team Leader or Domain Lead positions</li></ul><p>This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an SAP TM Consultant looking for a stable permanent position with an international manufacturing business, while remaining involved in major SAP transformation projects.</p>
