About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Presales Trainee to support our team in preparing technical proposals, analyzing customer requirements, and demonstrating cybersecurity solutions. This role offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity technologies, solution design, and presales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFPs and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting technical proposals.
- Support solution sizing and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation in coordination with vendors and OEMs.
- Assist in setting up lab environments and conducting demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for cybersecurity solutions.
- Maintain opportunity trackers and proposal documentation.
- Complete assigned vendor training and accreditations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, and core cybersecurity concepts.
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, or other security solutions through academic projects, labs, or internships.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Good to Have: CompTIA Security+, CEH, home-lab experience, or a relevant internship.
