What You'll Do
As a Landscaping Crew Member, you'll help create and maintain attractive, healthy landscapes for our commercial clients.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Pruning and maintaining landscape beds
- Laying sod and applying fertilizers
- Operating and caring for landscaping tools and power equipment
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Helping with snow and ice management during winter
Interested in driving? Qualified team members may also drive company trucks and trailers to job sites. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required. No CDL is needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team
For driving positions, applicants must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
