What You'll Do
As a Crew Leader, you'll lead a small team while staying hands-on in the field. You'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and organizing the daily work of a crew of 1–4 team members
- Assigning tasks and helping maintain an efficient workflow
- Training, mentoring, and supporting crew members
- Maintaining quality standards across landscaping enhancement projects
- Performing and guiding mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
- Maintaining perennial beds and other landscaped areas
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Operating company trucks and trailers
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
This is an active, hands-on leadership role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working outdoors, and leads by example.
What We're Looking For
- At least 20 years old
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; no CDL required
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- A dependable, positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Preferred Experience:
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- Familiarity with equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, blowers, pruners, and hand saws
- Experience leading, training, or supervising a team
