Partner with external suppliers throughout the full product development lifecycle, guiding technical delivery, component integration, quality, and program timing.

Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and functional safety assessments (ISO 26262) to proactively resolve design risks and establish mitigation strategies.

Collaborate closely with Electrical, Powertrain, and Vehicle Systems teams to define hardware interfaces, network communications (CAN), and integration requirements.

Coordinate and support component-level, rig, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and vehicle-level validation testing to verify system performance and functionality.

Working knowledge of vehicle network architectures (such as CAN/CAN-FD) and electrical hardware interfaces.

Even better, you may have...

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.

Hands-on experience with quality and reliability methodologies, including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and structured problem-solving frameworks (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma).

Experience leading technical supplier management and cost optimization initiatives.

Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and automotive safety certification processes.
