Looking for a driving opportunity that offers more time at home without sacrificing your earning potential?

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account operating throughout the Midwest. This position offers consistent store deliveries, competitive mileage pay, and additional earnings for unloading, stops, and backhauls.

If you're comfortable with hands-on freight and want a position that rewards your hard work, this could be a great fit.

- Home Time: Home 3–4 times per week, typically every other day for a 10-hour break
- Weekly Earnings: Average $1,500–$1,700, with top performers earning $2,000+
- Additional Pay: Earn $245 per unloaded trailer, $70 per backhaul, and $25 per stop
- Weekly Mileage: Approximately 800–1,000 miles
- Freight: Dedicated store deliveries with 100% driver unload
- Equipment: International and Freightliner tractors
- Paid Training: Two-day ride-along at $150 per day
- Sign-On Bonus Available

Mileage Pay Based on Experience

- 0–11 months: $0.82 CPM
- 12–23 months: $0.83 CPM
- 24–35 months: $0.84 CPM
- 36+ months: $0.85 CPM

A Look at the Job

You'll deliver freight to retail locations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky.

This is a physically active driving position requiring drivers to unload stacked freight safely. Training includes proper unloading procedures, and strong customer service skills are important when working with store personnel.

Scheduling & Parking:

- Workdays and shift times vary based on delivery schedules
- Drivers must be available to work any day, Sunday through Saturday
- Weekly 34-hour resets are scheduled around delivery operations
- Trucks must be parked at an approved terminal or distribution center in the Markham/Joliet area
- Taking the truck home is not permitted

What We're Looking For

- Valid Class A CDL
- 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to safely perform physical freight unloading
- Flexibility with changing schedules and delivery times
- Strong communication, patience, and customer service skills
- Ability to meet DOT and carrier hiring requirements
