Week 1 work Mon. Tues. Fri. Sat. 8 pm - 8 am
Week 2 work Sun Wed, Thurs
• Lead daily production activities to safely manufacture high-quality products.
• Coordinate and support Machine Operators throughout each shift.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production performance while minimizing downtime and waste.
• Perform and coordinate efficient product changeovers.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Work closely with Maintenance and Quality to maximize production performance.
• Assist with employee development, performance feedback, and shift communication.
• Provide leadership coverage during Shift Supervisor absences.
Bilingual a plus
Must meet backgroung & drug screen criteria
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $19.50 Per Hour
