Teamleader Fund management

The Fund Management Experts team sits within the COE Investment Office and plays a critical role in shaping ING Belgium's investment proposition. As the Head of Fund Management Experts you:

- Lead and develop a team of six Fund Managers responsible for more than EUR 25 billion in Assets under Management, ensuring investment excellence, strong governance and sustainable performance across all portfolios and funds.
- Drive daily fund management decisions in rapidly evolving financial markets, balancing investment opportunities, risk considerations and client interests while safeguarding compliance, reputation and financial performance.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for ING Belgium's investment proposition, contributing to the next growth chapter of Investment as a key strategic priority for both ING Belgium and the wider ING Group.
- Represent ING's investment expertise internally and externally, overseeing flagship investment solutions distributed across the international ING network and influencing commercial outcomes through product performance, positioning and innovation.
- Steer continuous improvement, innovation and thought leadership in fund management, ensuring ING remains a leading investment player in highly competitive markets alongside global asset management leaders and local competitors.
