Program Manager

SAIC is seeking a Program Manager in Middletown, RI .

Duties :

- Responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer; or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM.
- Manages and integrates activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
- Defines or contributes to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements.
- Manages risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
- Ensures compliance with quality standards and escalates challenges to leadership.
- Supports business development and program staff management. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content.
- Provides key input and direction in planning, developing and implementing the program baseline.
- Identifies key resources to manage and execute to the program baseline.
- Identifies and analyzes moderate variances, and defines corrective actions.
- Responsible for a task or project when it is part of a larger program reporting to
- Manages large size program staff that includes subcontractors or suppliers and task or project leads.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience OR Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Must have program management experience.
